3 day minimum rental in place for all holiday weekends (Victoria Day, Canada Day, Labour Day, and Thanksgiving).

Mid-week shoulder season rates available.

7 day minimum rental during July and August (Friday, Saturday and Sunday check in options)

HST (Harmonized Sales Tax) is not included above. Rates are quoted in Canadian Funds.

Cancellation policy –

Single-unit rentals – 

Cancellations with less than 45 days notice before date-of-check-in for the summer season will be subject to loss of deposit. Cancellations with less than 30 days notice for the summer season/holiday weekends, or one weeks notice in the spring/fall seasons will be subject to a full charge.  Changes to arrival and departure dates are considered canceled days and are subject to cancellation fees.  

Multi-unit rentals –

Cancellations with less than 60 days notice will be subject to loss of  50% deposit.  Cancellations with less than 45 days, regardless of the season, will be subject to a full charge.  Changes to arrival and departure dates are considered canceled days and are subject to cancellation fees.

Refunded deposits will be subject to an administration fee.  We understand that there may be circumstances that can arise causing you to cancel.  Please contact us as soon as possible so we can avoid any charges.  All cancellations must be made in writing and confirmed by email. 

Payments

Deposit –We require a 20% deposit on all reservations with the credit card you have supplied at booking. 

2nd Deposit – We require an additional 30% deposit on all multi-unit reservations (total of 50% deposit). This will be processed 60 days before arrival.

Balance – The final balance remaining for your stay will be processed sometime within 72 hours before the date of check-in.  We will process your payment with the Visa/MasterCard that you supplied on the reservation request. Please let us know if your credit card information or expiry date changes.  A valid credit card is required to secure the reservation and for any incidentals or damage. $150 damage deposit may be held until checkout. Guests must be 18 years of age to rent unless accompanied by an adult.

Boat parking – $25.00 per night. Use at own risk.

Guest day use – $15.00 per day (single) or $75.00 per day (family)
