Our 1 and 2 bedroom cottages can occupy 4 guests and our 3 bedroom can occupy 6 guests. We have one lakeside cottage that can occupy 5 guests.
Depending on our turnover demand we may be able to accommodate a little longer for you to stay and enjoy the waterfront
Cancellations with less than 60 days notice before date-of-check-in for the summer season will be subject to loss of deposit. Cancellations with less than 30 days notice for the summer season, or one week notice in the spring/fall seasons will be subject to a full charge
Our cottages have all the linens and towels you need but we suggest bringing your own beach towel.
We have wood available at our shared fire pit for you to use.
We have high speed wifi available in all cottages and on the property. Data cell coverage is excellent as well.
We have Satellite and streaming TV’s that you can log into to watch your apps. Just a reminder to log out before you leave.
Beachside cottages is located right on Lake Muskoka. Our shoreline is level, sandy with a gradual decline so a great place to swimmers of all levels. The water temperature is chilly in May and October but warms up nicely for the summer months of June, July, August and September.
We have paddle boats and paddle boards for our guests to use free of charge. We do not have boats canoes or kayaks due to safety reasons. Please feel free to bring your own.
We have adult life jackets for use. We do not supply life jackets for children.
We have dock space for our guests to bring a boat. Please arrange with us in advance.
We are located right next to the township boat launch. Free of charge and well maintained for boats of all sizes. Trailer parking is available in our property. Ask for directions.
We have lots of parking but please let us know if you will have more than one car so we can tell you the best spot to park.
Yes, we have safe drinking water that is perfect for drinking and cooking.
Yes, we have a small community golf course a short walk away that is perfect for the whole family. If you need clubs, we have some for you to use. You can find a more challenging course within 10-20 minutes away.
Huckleberry Rock hiking trail is a located a few minutes walk away and offers spectacular views of Lake Muskoka. More walking trails are within 10-30 minutes away.
Lake Muskoka has lots of fishing holes for all ages. We have fishing right off the dock that will be sure to keep any angler happy.
Bracebridge is a 15 minute drive and Port Carling is a 10 minute drive to find all your grocery needs. If you are looking for shops to browse, Port Carling, Bracebridge and Bala have a lot of options for everyone. The summertime Farmers Markets are also great to check out.
